The 2024 global report represents 1M tests across 209 countries in the available database. Its sample-weighted values are 106.80 Mbps download, 47.20 Mbps upload and 77.0 ms latency. It compares available country samples and is not a population-weighted ranking of every internet user.

Country-level annual aggregates are read from the reporting database and combined using their available sample counts. Rankings require at least 20 tests. Synthetic estimates are excluded before weighting or ranking.

- Test users and devices are self-selected rather than a representative household panel.
- IP geolocation and network attribution can be imperfect.
