SEO Agent Terms of Service

SEO Agent and the Internet Analysis brand are operated by ImproveIT.pl, NIP (Polish tax identification number): 7343126810, correspondence address: ul. Piaszczysta 33/77, 31-226 Kraków, Poland. ImproveIT.pl is the supplier referred to as “Internet Analysis”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms.

By downloading, installing, purchasing or using SEO Agent, you agree to these Terms, the SEO Agent Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you use SEO Agent for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

SEO Agent provides website crawling, technical and content analysis, connected performance evidence, reporting, recommendations and optional AI-assisted workflows. Features may depend on your operating system, plan, configuration, websites, third-party accounts and external services.

SEO Agent is a decision-support tool. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, indexing, policy compliance or any particular outcome from a search engine, analytics platform or website change.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use SEO Agent in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the security of your device and credentials, and all activity performed through your installation or account.

Subject to these Terms and any applicable plan limits, Internet Analysis grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use SEO Agent for your own lawful internal business or professional purposes.

You may not copy or distribute the application except as expressly permitted, sell or sublicense access, remove proprietary notices, reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits that activity, or use it to create a competing service by extracting protected application logic or content.

You may crawl, inspect or connect only websites, analytics properties, Search Console properties and other resources that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for respecting access controls, robots directives, rate limits, confidentiality duties and the terms of each connected service.

When you connect Google services, your use is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies. You control the permissions granted through Google OAuth and can revoke them at any time.

You must not use SEO Agent to:

• access data or systems without authorization;
• evade technical restrictions, overload services or run abusive crawling activity;
• introduce malware or interfere with SEO Agent, Internet Analysis or third-party systems;
• collect sensitive or personal data unlawfully;
• mislead users, manipulate search systems through prohibited practices or violate intellectual-property rights; or
• use outputs or integrations in a way that violates applicable law or third-party terms.

You retain ownership of the websites, content, project data and other materials you provide. Project, crawl, Search Console and GA4 data remains in the local SQLite database on your device. Our server database is limited to the account, authentication, authorization, licensing and transaction information needed to provide the service.

You grant Internet Analysis only the limited rights needed to process data for a feature you explicitly request and confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for that processing. Our handling of personal data and Google user data is described in the SEO Agent Privacy Policy.

Optional AI requests are processed through a pipeline that returns the result to your desktop client without retaining the submitted data or generated result on the server. AI-assisted suggestions, forecasts, classifications and drafts may still be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your website. They are not legal, financial or professional advice.

You must review outputs, verify material claims, test changes and maintain appropriate backups before publishing or relying on them. SEO Agent is designed to keep you as the release gate, and you are responsible for every change you approve, export or publish.

Some features require a paid plan. The product page and checkout show the price, currency, billing period, plan limits, applicable taxes and other material purchase terms before you place an order. A subscription automatically renews for successive periods matching the purchased billing period until it is cancelled. Paddle, as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller, processes the transaction and provides the receipt under the Paddle Buyer Terms.

You may cancel at any time through the Paddle Customer Portal using the manage-subscription link in your purchase or renewal email, or through Paddle buyer support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, prevents future renewal charges and ordinarily leaves access active until that period ends.

Refunds, statutory withdrawal rights and the effect of a refund are described in the SEO Agent Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable Paddle policy. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund charges already paid.

We may release updates that fix defects, improve security, change compatibility or add or remove features. Some updates may be required for continued safe use. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability and may suspend a feature for maintenance, security, legal compliance or third-party service changes.

Third-party APIs, search engines and analytics services are outside our control and can change or discontinue their features, data or access rules.

SEO Agent, its interface, software, documentation, branding and original analysis methods are owned by Internet Analysis or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you permit us to use it to improve SEO Agent without an obligation to compensate you, while we continue to protect any personal data under the Privacy Policy.

You may stop using SEO Agent at any time. We may limit or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

On termination, your license ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers and limitations of liability—remain in effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Agent is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or guaranteed results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internet Analysis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, traffic, rankings, data or business opportunities arising from SEO Agent. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or security changes. We will post the current version and effective date at this URL. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ImproveIT.pl as the provider of SEO Agent, without overriding mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
